- Average points may be claimed for regional and national dinghy events. The committee must be notified in advance.
- Sailor of the year will be decided by an individual's three best series results during May - August, and results in the Spring and Autumn regattas. One result will be discardable.
- The Peter Greene Trophy is open to all members under the age of 19 on the 1st of January 2010. Optimists may not be sailed in this competition.
The Young Helmsman Trophy is open to all members under the age of 16 on the 1st of January 09. Only Optimists may be sailed in this competition
