Disclaimer: I agree to be bound by International Sailing Federations Racing
Rules of Sailing (RRS) 2005/2008, by the Sailing Instructions and the Notice of
Race. I agree to take any and all responsibility for the nautical qualities of
my yacht, the rigging, the crew's ability, and the safety equipment. I also
agree to take any and all responsibility for damages caused to third persons or
their belongings, to myself or to my belongings, ashore and at sea as a
consequence of my participation in the regatta, relieving of any responsibility
the Organising Authority and all persons involved in the organisation under
whatever qualification and to accept full responsibility for the behaviour and
dress of the yacht's crew, representatives and guests. I am acquainted with ISAF
Part 1 Fundamentals Rule 4: "The responsibility for a boat's
decision to
participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone"

Declaration: I declare that I hold a valid and current certificate of insurance,
including Third Party Liability cover to 2,500,000 Euro which covers me whilst
racing and that I will continue to do so whilst engaged in racing at the event. |

Photographs and TV Rights: By participating in the Topper World Championship
2008, a competitor automatically grants to the Organising Authority, the Class
Association, Management Group and the Sponsors the right in perpetuity to make
use of and show, at their discretion, any motion pictures, still photographs,
live or taped film or video on television and/or other media, showing him/her
during the period of the competition, as well as to use such contents in any
media whatsoever, for either editorial or advertising purposes or to be used in
press information without compensation. |

Entry Fee: The entry fee is Euro 225. Entries (maximum-300) received after 4th
July 2008 may be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Committee and on
payment of an additional Euro 25,00. |
